I talked to my mom about it again today and, some progress, she said she has no problem with it in theory, and she's fine with it as long as your parents are (lol she doesn't know that you do give a shit whether they say yes or not) but she's not sure what you'd do while you're here. I told her you didn't mind what you did, you just wanted to come see me.
